Claire began her Medicare career 12 years ago as an in-house agent with United Healthcare, helping seniors and others across the country who are eligible for Medicare health coverage to make insurance decisions. That experience gave her in-depth understanding of the myriad Medicare health care plans available, and how to choose the right plan to meet the needs of a particular client.
Claire continued with United Healthcare as a field agent, which involved speaking at senior facilities in her community, working with local doctors and their staffs, and meeting clients in person to educate them on their plan options.
To serve her clients even better, in June of 2013 Claire became an independent broker affiliated with HRBC Insurance, which gives her the ability to offer Medicare health plan options from a dozen insurance companies.
Claire engages in ongoing education to stay up-to-the-minute on Medicare rules and procedures, and on the details of the various plans available. In addition to California, she is also licensed in Washington State, Oregon, Arizona, Texas and Florida.
To date, Claire has assisted over 1,000 seniors and others who qualify for Medicare health plans. Even more important than helping choose the right plan in the first place, Claire is always available to counsel her clients and to answer any questions they may have.
Claire is the mother of three grown children and the grandmother of two. She lives in Laguna Hills, CA with her two cats.
